REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES

The City of Mesquite (COM) is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from companies that possess the necessary engineering design and construction qualifications and to design and construct a new interchange located on I-15 at approximately milepost 118 in Mesquite, NV.

Companies interested in providing Design-Build services who wish to obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must complete and submit the following form. After your form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your submittal and you will be redirected to a web page where you will be able to download the RFQ and other associated project information. Any subsequent Project addenda information or other Project notifications will only be sent to those firms that complete the form.
